Ingredients: Wheat flour - sultanas 15% - Butter (Milk) - Sugar - Oro orange peel 8% (Orange peel, glucose syrup - fructose, sucrose) - Fresh, grade A egg yolks from free-range chickens 7% - Natural yeast (wheat flour - Water) - Candied citron peel 4% (Citron peel, glucose syrup - fructose, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice) - Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - Fresh whole milk - Invert sugar syrup - Salt - Honey - Glucose syrup/fructose - Barley malt extract - Natural flavorings - Natural Bourbon vanilla extract. FROSTING INGREDIENTS 12%: Sugar - Fresh, grade A egg whites from free-range chickens – Hazelnuts Tonda Gentile Trilobata 9% - Rice flour - Rice starch - Powdered sugar (Sugar - Wheat starch) - Sunflower oil - natural flavorings. Garnished with pearl sugar 5% and whole almonds 3%.
