Civa Sauvignon Biele Zôe Cuvée 85/15 2023

A refined white wine from the hills of Friuli (DOC Friuli Colli Orientali), this Sauvignon Biele Zôe Cuvée 85/15 highlights the aromatic intensity of Sauvignon Blanc grown on “ponca” soils (marl and sandstone flysch), complemented by a carefully crafted vinification that preserves freshness and varietal character. 

It pours a pale lemon‑yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose it offers a delicate, expressive bouquet of lime and citrus zest, passion fruit, white blossom, yellow pepper and a slight mineral/slate note — a fresh and elegant aromatic profile that recalls the terroir. On the palate it’s crisp, vibrant and mineral‑driven, with good structure and a pleasantly sapid finish; the flavours echo citrus and tropical fruit, with herbal and mineral nuances giving depth and a clean, lingering aftertaste. 

Flavour Profile: Lime and citrus zest, passion fruit, white flowers, yellow pepper / herbal note, mineral / slate undertone, crisp acidity, fresh and mineral‑tinged body with clean finish.

Ideal for: Serve chilled (~ 10–12 °C). Excellent with seafood (shellfish, grilled fish), fresh salads, vegetable dishes, or soft cheeses — also perfectly suited as a refined aperitif to showcase its aromatic and mineral freshness.
