CIVA Ribolla Gialla Extra Dry Millesimato 2023

A bright and elegant Italian sparkling wine from Friuli, crafted from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes. Light, fresh and finely sparkling, this Extra Dry millesimato delivers a refined perlage and a vibrant expression of its terroir, ideal for aperitivo moments or light meals. 

It pours a pale straw-yellow (with a delicate greenish hue) and features a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, expect fresh citrus, stone fruit hints, crisp apple and pear aromas, complemented by subtle herbal/white-flower notes that add complexity and freshness. On the palate it’s lively yet balanced — crisp acidity and well-integrated bubbles give a light, sapid body, with clean, refreshing flavours of white-flesh peach, melon, citrus and hints of wild strawberry or elderflower on the finish.
