Civa Ribolla Gialla Dosaggio Zero

An elegant Italian sparkling wine from the Friuli Colli Orientali region, Ribolla Gialla Dosaggio Zero is a refined expression of the indigenous Ribolla Gialla grape, produced by Tenimenti Civa under their Cuvée 12 line. It is crafted by soft pressing, stainless-steel fermentation, then refermentation in autoclave — resulting in a clean, dry, and refreshing spumante. 

On pour it shows a straw-yellow colour with a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers delicate citrus and herbal notes — think fresh lemon, hints of sage and white flowers — complemented by aromas of pear and crisp apple (renetta). The palate is fresh, dry and lively, with a creamy texture and a savoury, mineral-tinged finish. Expect flavours of white peach, melon, citrus, elderflower (sambuco), and a clean, elegant dryness.

Ideal for: Serve chilled (~ 8 °C). Great as an aperitif, ideal with mixed antipasti, seafood or shellfish, light fish dishes, vegetable-based starters — but versatile enough to accompany a full meal, from fresh salads to delicate first courses.
