Civa Ribolla Gialla Biele Zôe Cuvée 85/15 2023

A signature white wine from Tenimenti Civa, crafted from the native Ribolla Gialla grape on the unique “ponca” soils of the Friuli Colli Orientali, with optimal south/south‑west exposure. The “85/15” blend honours tradition — Ribolla Gialla as the heart of the wine, with a small selection of other grapes added to enhance complexity. 

It pours a pale lemon‑straw colour with greenish highlights. On the nose it’s fresh and mineral‑driven, with aromas of citrus peel, white fruit (like apple), delicate white flowers, and a clean, floral‑fruity lift. The palate is light yet crisp, with a creamy texture, vibrant acidity, and flavours of apple and wild strawberry — finishing with pleasant sapidity and subtle balsamic/mineral notes.

Ideal for: Serve well‑chilled (~ 10–12 °C). Excellent as an aperitif, or paired with seafood, shellfish, vegetable dishes, light salads, soft cheeses or delicate fish dishes — also a great pick for casual meals when you want something fresh, clean and easy to drink.
