Civa Pinot Grigio Seriade 2023

This Pinot Grigio from the “Seriade” line is a fresh, easy‑drinking white wine from the Friuli region, grown on alluvial, stony soils with south/south‑west exposure — ideal for a light, versatile white. 

On the nose it offers a bright and clean bouquet: citrus notes, hints of apricot, and delicate floral aromas (linden blossom), giving a refreshing aromatic profile. On the palate it is dry, light to medium-bodied, with pleasant flavors of golden apple, pear, and subtle tropical fruit (like mango), balanced by a nice sapidity and a soft, easy‑going finish. 

Flavour Profile: Citrus, apricot, apple/pear, light tropical fruit (mango), floral notes (linden), clean sapid finish, gentle body.
Alcohol Content: 11.5‑12.5% vol 
Bottle Size: 750 mL

Ideal for: Serve chilled at ~10‑12 °C. Great as an aperitif, with seafood, light pasta dishes, white meat, or vegetable‑based dishes. Also pairs nicely with cold cuts, eggs or simple egg‑based dishes.
