CIVA Blanc de Blancs Extra Dry

A bright and elegant Italian sparkling wine from Tenimenti Civa, this Blanc de Blancs Extra Dry combines finesse and freshness to deliver a lively, food-friendly spumante that celebrates white-grape purity and sparkling charm. 

It pours a pale lemon/straw-yellow hue, with delicate and persistent perlage. On the nose, it opens with floral aromas and gentle herbal notes (think sage), layered with fresh fruit hints — pear, citrus and light orchard fruit. On the palate, it’s crisp, pleasantly fresh and well-balanced, with a subtle sapidity and a clean, harmonious finish — making it light, elegant and easy-drinking. 

Flavour Profile: Floral and herbal (white flowers, sage), fresh orchard and citrus fruit (pear, citrus), fine bubbles, crisp acidity, clean mineral-tinged finish.
