Casoni 1814 il Vermouth

A time‑honoured Italian vermouth born from over two hundred years of distilling tradition. Casoni 1814 combines 100% Italian Trebbiano wine from Emilia with a refined infusion of artemisia and a curated selection of aromatic botanicals including gentian, absinthe, cinchona, orange peel, rhubarb and warm spices to craft a vermouth with depth, character and historic pedigree. 

Velvety and enveloping on the palate, it reveals a balanced interplay of bitter and sweet: persistent citrus and herbal notes supported by soft spicy undertones. The colour enriched by burnt sugar adds a subtle caramel warmth to the aroma and flavour. 

Ingredients: Artemisia, gentian, absinthe, cinchona, orange peel, rhubarb, select aromatic herbs and spices.
