A time-honoured Italian aperitivo-bitter born from over two centuries of distilling tradition. Casoni 1814 Bitter combines a meticulous infusion of herbs, roots, barks and citrus in grain-neutral spirit — using a family recipe that reflects more than 200 years of heritage.

Bold and assertive on the palate, it reveals a complex balance of bitterness and citrus freshness: vivid bitter-orange and sweet-orange notes tempered by herbal depth from gentian, cinchona, artemisia, rhubarb, mint, licorice and other botanical ingredients.
