Bonollo Ligneum Prosecco

Distilled from the vinacce (pomace) of grapes used to make the iconic Prosecco wine, Ligneum Prosecco is a refined Italian grappa‑style spirit that expresses the light, floral‑fruity character of Prosecco grapes, matured to complexity with oak ageing. 

At first pour, it offers delicate and elegant aromas — subtle fruity and floral notes interwoven with soft woody and spicy undertones from ageing in oak tonneaux. On the palate, it reveals a round, smooth body with gentle sweetness, nuanced spice, and a velvety finish that balances the grape‑derived freshness with barrel‑aged depth.
