Bonollo Ligneum Moscato

An elegant Italian grappa‑based spirit drawn from the vinacce of Moscato grapes, Ligneum Moscato captures the distinctive aromatic signature of the Moscato grape — then deepens and refines it through ageing in Slavonian oak barrels. The result is a harmonious distillate where grape‑derived florals meet soft woody sophistication. 

On the nose it greets you with lively floral aromas and bright white‑pulp fruit notes, offering a sense of freshness and vibrancy. On the palate it unfolds with gentle fruitiness, a subtle sweetness and a warm undertone from the barrel ageing, along with delicate spicy and woody nuances — giving a balanced, rounded and refined character. 

Flavour Profile: Floral‑grape, white‑fruit (peach/pear‑like), gentle sweetness, subtle spice, oak‑wood warmth, smooth and mellow finish.

Ideal for: Enjoyed as a refined digestif — neat or slightly chilled — in a tulip glass to savour its aromatic complexity; also suited to pairing with a piece of dark chocolate, dried fruits or after‑dinner desserts.
