Shipping and Delivery

Order Processing

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from (accounts) containing your order details (if you have provided your email address on the checkout). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

We will aim to send your goods via Sendle within 24-48 hours for retail customers and 5-7 business days for wholesale customers; however, if goods are unavailable or we are subjected to environmental issues caused by weather or natural disaster this may be delayed.

Store Pickup

Orders are available for pickup from our warehouse which is located, at 27 Webb Road, Airport West 3042 Victoria between Mon- Fri.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to  shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 30km of our warehouse.  If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.   When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Quality

We take great care to ensure our products leave our warehouse in excellent condition, using meticulous packing methods and protective packaging. However, all our products are fragile, and once dispatched, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. Giorgio Mirabella Pty Ltd (Giorgio Casa) is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods.

Upon dispatch, you will receive tracking information for your order. Please note that any updates regarding delivery are outside our control. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier company for any delivery updates. Once your order leaves our facility, we cannot influence the courier's schedule or any delays they may encounter.

Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with the courier company directly. Giorgio Mirabella Pty Ltd, (Giorgio Casa) will be diligent to assist in the investigation where possible however ultimately it is the customers responsibility to contact the courier regarding a resolution for damaged or lost orders.

Any replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Giorgio Mirabella Pty Ltd, (Giorgio Casa).
