Damages and Issues

 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (inclusive of food, fruit juices, we also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund

Refund can only be issued with a product received if the item is unopened and a phone call is placed immediately to secure the return.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours post-purchase with a full refund, if the order hasn't been dispatched.
